- Publishing research reports based on research activities.
- Providing independent and unbiased views on securities.
- Offering unbiased recommendations and disclosing financial interests in recommended securities.
- Providing research recommendations based on analysis of publicly available information and known observations.
- Conducting an annual audit of compliance.
- Ensuring advertisements adhere to the applicable advertisement code.
- Maintaining records of interactions with clients.
Services Provided to Investors
- Onboarding of clients, including sharing of terms and conditions of research services.
- Disclosure of all fees, registration details and any conflicts of interest.
- Delivery of research through the channels agreed in the subscription.
- Timely redressal of grievances.
Grievance Redressal Mechanism
- With TradeMantra: write to Compliance@trademantra.net or call +91 74981 81242. Complaints are acknowledged and resolved within the timelines specified by SEBI (currently 21 calendar days).
- SCORES 2.0: if not satisfied, lodge the complaint on SEBI's SCORES portal (https://scores.sebi.gov.in) or the SCORES mobile app. The complaint is first reviewed by the designated body (RAASB) and may then be escalated to SEBI.
- Online Dispute Resolution: if the grievance is still unresolved, initiate dispute resolution on the Smart ODR portal (https://smartodr.in).

- Check the registration number of the Research Analyst on the SEBI website.
- Pay fees only through banking channels and keep the receipts.
- Read the terms and conditions, disclosures and risk factors carefully.
- Ask all relevant questions before acting on research.
Don'ts
- Do not provide funds for investment to the Research Analyst.
- Do not fall for promises of guaranteed or assured returns.
- Do not share login credentials or passwords of trading, demat or bank accounts.
- Do not act on research or tips from unregistered persons.
