- Onboarding information — KYC details and documents required under applicable regulations, and the plan you subscribe to.
- Consent records — when you accept our Terms electronically: the version accepted, timestamp, IP address, browser information and your signature (drawn or typed).
- Technical data — IP address and basic browser information recorded in server logs for security.
How We Use It
- To respond to your enquiries and onboard you as a client.
- To deliver research and service communications under your plan.
- To maintain records required under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and other applicable law.
- To protect our website against misuse and fraud.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share personal data only with (a) SEBI, stock exchanges, KYC registration agencies and other authorities where required by law, and (b) service providers such as hosting, email and payment providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Cookies
Our website uses a single essential session cookie needed for forms and security. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention
We retain client records for the period required under applicable regulations (currently at least five years for Research Analyst records) and enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and restricted storage for signature records. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your Rights
